  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 250 g soft light brown sugar
  • 300 ml cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
